The 27 North USA warranty covers all our paddles from defects in material and craftsmanship one (1) year from date of purchase. Any paddles submitted to 27 North USA within that one year and determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced.
Photos of any damaged or defective paddle as well as a detailed description of how the paddle was damaged are to be submitted to 27 North at the following email address
At such time it will be ascertained if your paddle qualifies for repair or replacement. Please note that any type of mistreatment and or abuse of a 27 North paddle does not qualify under the 27 North USA warranty. This includes but is not limited to: activities unrelated to surfing and paddle boarding, using the paddle as a tool, a car running over your paddle, etc.
Please include the following information when submitting your photos:
• Name / address / phone number / e-mail address
• Proof of purchase
• Date of purchase
• How your paddle was damaged or was defective
• Model name
Once 27 North USA receives the above information it will reviewed to determine if your claim falls under the 27 North warranty. Should the claim be accepted 27 North will contact you and request that the paddle and any broken / defective parts be shipped to:

Shipping cost from the customer to 27 North is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping cost within the United States will be incurred by 27 North USA.
